The proposed show date for 2015: Saturday Sept 12
All vendors must pre-register for a space at this years show
Spaces will be sold on a first come, first served basis and are limited
Vendors must arrive and setup within the allotted hours:
Friday from 2-5PM, Saturday from 7-9AM
The main gates for patrons are open Saturday 7-Close (around 4 PM)
Can't fit your trailer in your booth? No problem, we offer remote on site parking for car & utility trailers at no charge
What can be sold: Automotive related parts/goods/clothing, services pertaining to vehicles built previous to 1980, this can be reproduction or original parts, pre-74 vehicles/projects, repair or restoration services, auto insurance for vintage vehicles, pin striping, Retro apparel, nostalgia items and so on.
What cannot be on display or sold: Non-automotive items or services, food or beverages of any kind, household goods, auto related items/services for cars built after 1980, power equipment, off-road / non-automotive vehicles (Vintage Mini Bikes are OK), porn, drag reunion related clothing/items/souvenirs i.e. reproduced or new Orange Drag Strip goods
Sleeping/staying on the show grounds overnight is not permitted
Fair/Carnival type trailers are not permitted

Single booth space is: 20 x 30, $40 per space advance purchase through the form below, plus $15 admission per person on entrance to the show
Day of show spaces, if available, will be $60 plus $15 per head admission at the gate
You must bring a copy of your registration, PayPal will email you a confirmation after payment is made, be sure to print off a copy or two
Vending spaces are non-refundable
